Meridian House is a flexible 'serviced' office facility that boasts the very highest in standards of build quality across three floors - some with excellent views of the Malpas River. The accommodation has disabled access and dedicated parking.
All rooms enjoy high specification doors, double glazed windows, suspended acoustic ceiling with recessed anti-glare lighting. Every office has the use of all the communal areas and facilities including the fully equipped kitchen and relaxation areas.

Meridian House is normally fully let to upwards of twelve separate organizations on flexible short-term licenses.
