The Costs
 

In essence, you only have one very affordable payment to make - all the hassle and unforeseen costs normally associated with setting up and servicing a busy office are removed - allowing you to concentrate on what you do best.

Office provision includes: Use of the office 24 hours each day - seven days each week, unlimited access to all the communal areas including kitchen, dining area, seating and toilets on all three floors. All offices are fully decorated, carpeted and ready for furnishing. All rooms are installed with CAT5 communications from the plant room for convenient installation and connection of telephone systems, including interconnection of telephones and data between offices as required. The building has a full security and fire alarm system.

The service cost includes: Lighting and mains power to all common areas and individual offices, background heating to whole building with thermostatic control of individual offices, business rates, water rates, toiletries, external window cleaning, communal areas cleaning, landscaping, building and liability insurance & Building maintenance and upkeep.

All individual offices are priced net of service charge, which will be calculated periodically on an actual cost basis, but levied initially on in-going at 25%. Prices indicated are per week and exclusive of VAT. By special negotiation any office can be fully equipped and furnished if required against a minimum two-year rental agreement. Starts up costs are kept to a minimum: - only two months deposit, your first month's rental in advance, and you're up and running.
